The growth rate is strong and the number of employees has passed 200. Customers include some of the most prominent organizations within their respective fields. eBay, Nasa, Walmart, UBS, Cisco, Comcast – just to name a few.


Neo4j is now looking for a Salesforce Operations Manager to join the Sales & Marketing team. As the company continues to grow Neo4j’s sales processes need to be shored up in a structured way to maximize efficiency. This is where you and your team come in. You will play a key role in aligning the overall sales strategy with the design of the internal Salesforce infrastructure and help drive initiatives to improve sales processes. This is a highly visible position where you will report to the President of Field Operations. You will be stationed at Neo4j’s offices in central Stockholm while being in touch with colleagues all over the globe.

To be successful in this role we believe that you are a real wizard with Salesforce. We believe that you need to have 5+ years’ experience of working with Salesforce and 10+ years’ experience of working in a fast-paced and expanding sales organization. You have a relevant university-degree and can fluently communicate in English on a spoken and written level.

As a person you are numerate, communicative, analytical, result-oriented and possess a formidable ability to independently carry out your work.
