Comptel is looking for an Account Director to Comptel’s Scandinavian operations

Account Director is a key customer facing role, focusing around Comptel’s existing business and accounts.

The Account Directors tasks include
– Sales responsible for selected Comptels Key Accounts in Scandinavia.

– Ensure Comptel’s (technical) position through roadmap planning represented by customer requirements

– Account planning and forecasting (New deals, Add-on sales, CR:s, S&M)

– Delivery planning, Tracking and reporting (incl. risk management)

– Task resourcing together with European Service Centre

Main responsibilities

– A high level of visibility and responsibility in the interaction with Comptel customers, a central part in maintaining high customer satisfaction.

– Holds the responsibility for sales targets of new deals, CRs and Support & Maintenance, as well as the overall responsibility for delivery of services and projects.

– Spends extensive time at customer premises, maintaining both commercial and technical relationships. As Comptel operates using different Business Models, sales and delivery is based on direct customer interaction as well as through our partner and channel network.

– Takes part in the account planning (own accounts and region) and works closely together with Business Development and Solution Architects within the region.

– Cooperates internally with the European Service Centre, Product and Solutions Units and Finance.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer interfacing role, or within telecom/IT domain

• Ability to take responsibility and demonstrate leadership

• Ability to use well-structured and standardized processes and techniques

• Excellent communication and management skills

• Familiarity with software projects, design, software integration and planning

• Multitasking and prioritizing skills

• Good presentation and documentation skills

• Naturally good command of oral and written English and Swedish are prerequisites.

To be successful in this position, you need to have excellent organization and communication skills and an ability to influence and negotiate.

While continuously engaging with external customers, you will ensure prospecting, sales and profitability in delivery and support.
