Who are you?
Our technical solutions are complex and require a strategic sales approach handling both Fortune 500 companies and SMEs. For nWise to take the next step, we want to reinforce our team with a new Senior Sales Executive for our Sales and Marketing Department at our Uppsala office.
Your genuine interest in technology makes you a curious and productive person. You see opportunities in what lies ahead, you’re hands-on, and you don’t hesitate to make suggestions for improvements. With a background in B2B and experience with complex technical environments, you are social, communicative, and customer-centric, capable of interacting well with customers through various channels.
Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English is essential. We seek someone with experience in a similar role, including working with sales channel partners in an international setting.
Your role as Senior Sales Executive will involve driving new business, developing and maintaining existing customers in collaboration with the sales team and CSM, reporting to our CEO. Responsibilities include setting the company's strategy in sales, marketing, and business intelligence, managing the entire sales cycle, ensuring resellers and partners deliver desired results, and overseeing the sales and marketing team.
Your tasks would include leading the company's RFI/RFP process, presentations at international conferences, and line management responsibilities, including budget oversight, resource allocation, leadership, and prioritization of work in the sales team.
The work involves some travel within Europe and North America.
