Head of Sales

Your Role

IamIP is a leading B2B SaaS business in Europe serving over 400 clients globally. Our mission is to revolutionize the world of patent information with our best-in-class patent platform. With a team of around 30 employees, we have established ourselves as a key player in the market. Our innovative solutions and commitment to excellence have driven our growth, and we are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth. You will be a part of management team and you will collaborate closely with the CEO, the management team, and the board to optimize sales performance, streamline operations, and support strategic decision-making.

Your responsibilities

  •       Sales Strategy

  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  •    Sales Efforts

Actively engage in direct sales activities (including upsells of our customer base), identifying and closing deals to contribute to the company's revenue growth.

 Lead the sales activities and efforts during business events and exhibitions.

  • Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team (2 Account Executives), fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Pipeline Management

Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of prospects and opportunities.

Give continuous feedback to the marketing & business development team about the generated pipeline to improve performance & quality

  • Sales Operation

Streamline and optimize sales processes, tools, and metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Work closely with marketing, business development, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Lead digital transformation initiatives and oversee the integration of new tools/solutions to improve operational processes.

  • Reporting

Provide regular reports and insights to the management team and the board on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions.

 

 

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

·       Has a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing or related field. MBA is a plus. Has a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, both individually and as a team leader

·       Has strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and

motivate a sales team.

·       Is a strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically

·       Has excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

·       Has a strong experience with Salesforce or any other leading CRM software and sales analytics tools

·       Has excellent spoken and written German and English skills. French or Italian language would be a plus.

·       Is based in Stockholm
