What we are looking for:

We are growing rapidly and now we're looking for a Chief Technology officer to take responsibility for overseeing the development of technology for external customers, partners, and end-users to help improve and increase business.

You will provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You will lead our development team in Kiev Ukraine and ensure our company’s technologies build a cutting edge cyber-safety ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Develop technical aspects of the Defentry's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes
• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
• Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
• Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors

Who are you?

Defentry is looking for a coaching leader who can truly motivate their team as well as hold them accountable for results.

To be successful in this role we believe that you are open, honest, and direct in your communications. You will need to be entrepreneurial and identify new ways to succeed and drive growth. It would be excellent if you have previous experience with Tech lead, solution architecture and/ or IT security.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
• Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
• Understanding of budgets and business-planning
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and support R&D
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude
• Experience in cyber or information security products is a huge plus
