IT service and Release Management

Telia Finance are looking for a IT Service and Release Manager

Right now, we are looking for an experienced IT Service and Release Manager with focus in the Application Life cycle, including Release and vendor management. This new and broad role will be based in the IT Operations team of five members. I am Anna Jägre, the Head of IT where the IT Operations team is organized. We are a great bunch of people and I am super proud of every single member of my team. Our IT team holds among the IT Service Management, also Solution Architects, Developers, Test, Information Security and DPO. In total a team of 23 people.

Your next challenge?

As a member of my team, in our open-space offices in Solna, Stockholm, you will act as a liaison between the IT Operations as well as Development teams and Business Units/Product Owners for the service insurance regards SLAs, Quality and implementation of new releases. You will be key to connect with external vendors as well as being the link between internal Telia teams delivering services to our solutions. 

This new role gives you the opportunity in setting standards and processes around how Telia Finance will be working with Service assurance together with your team.

This role is a job that calls for someone who is a people person, can take a broad perspective to business requirements as well a good ability digging into details in documentation.

Your experience:

·      Excellent knowledge and experience of Service Management

·      Experience in Release Management

·      Several years of experience of IT business support

·      Preferably experience from working in financial sector
Passion for IT and how People and IT interact together

·      Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
