Telia Finance is looking for a Product Manager within Lending

Telia Finance is the in-house finance company of Telia Company. We see a future where technology is getting increasingly important to manage your day-to-day life. To cater for the customer’s future needs Telia Finance have to be in the forefront of payment and financial innovation and because of this we are now embarking on our largest transformation journey ever – an adventure we would love for you to take lead on as a Product manager for lending.

As a Product manager, you will be a central part of Telia Finance and in creating our future financing offering. As a Product manager you will be responsible to drive and develop our financial products for both consumer and enterprise customers in the Nordics and Baltics. Our financial offering contains of leasing, lending and payment products. You will work close to your colleagues which are other product managers, sales, IT, finance, credit, operations, legal, marketing and communication.

We expect you to be customer oriented and have a background from product management and financial products. Experience from digital and user experience are beneficial. Also, we expect you to be customer oriented and to live our core values: dare, care & simplify. It is important for us that you can see simplicity where others see complexity. That you take constant care of the customer, colleagues and the company at large and ultimately that you dare to be you, don’t try to fit in, just show up and truly bring your entire character to work.

Your main responsibilities:

·      Define and drive a vision and strategy for your product based on Telia Finance and Telia Groups strategic goals.

·      Communicate and be the ambassador for the product vision, advantages and result within Telia Finance as well as outside. 

·      Represent the voice of the customer when driving product development for all countries with internal and external parties. 

·      Be responsible for product lifecycle and the products competitiveness in our markets. 

·      Have the end-to-end responsibility for your product, which means close co-operation with other business areas to secure processes and activities to achieve a superior customer experience.

·      Driving the development and many of the activities related to your product

·      Product P&L responsibility

Your experience:

·      University degree in Business administration and economics or related field

·      Product manager or similar experience

·      Experience in finance or credit sector

·      Fluent in Swedish and English
