THE ROLE

Neo4j is now looking for a Global Compensation Planner to strengthen its Field Operations. Field Operations is made up of 100 staff working towards enterprise customers in all corners of the globe. In this role you will be the architect behind the staff’s salary and bonus systems and ensure that it perfectly aligns with Neo4j’s overall sales strategy and objectives. This is a strategical key position where you will report directly to the President of Field Operations. You will be based in the Stockholm office while being in constant contact with your colleagues all over the world.

To be successful in this role we believe that you have 7+ years of experience working with compensation plans for large scale companies, a relevant university degree, and experience from working with KPI:s in an international and multi-cultural organization. Furthermore, it is of utmost importance that you can fluently communicate in English on a spoken and written level.

As a person you are numerate, communicative, analytical, result-oriented and posses a formidable ability to independently carry out your work.
