Är du Dustins nya IT Infrastructre & Operations manager?

If you love IT and love people, managing Dustin's Infrastructure & Operations team is probably the dream job. You will be in the epicenter for efficient modern IT in the Nordics, and our strong value based culture is a great foundation for building high performing and motivated teams.

Your team is responsible for the Microsoft based IT infrastructure on which Dustin's business systems and e-commerce sites run. This includes 500 virtual servers, 1200 clients, and a network covering 13 sites in Norway, Finland, Denmark and Sweden. We have a strong private cloud but increasingly use Microsoft's public cloud services when applicable.

You will be part of a dedicated and dynamic IT management team consisting of 6 people, reporting to Head of IT. In addition to managing the I&O team of 6 senior experts, you will have responsibility for governing and developing the information security strengths of Dustin.

Optimizing cost and quality of IT services is a given for you. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

In order to be successful in this role we believe you are fluent in English and at least conversational understanding of Swedish and have experience from:

•          Microsoft based IT infrastructure, virtualization, SAN, and networking
•          A mission-critical IT operations environment for at least 10 years
•          A management or project management position for at least 2 years
•          Commercial customer facing services like e-commerce
•          Information Security management
