My name is Daniel Brättemark and I am the Team Leader for Governance & Compliance in Technology Security Services at Telia Company.  
Telia Company is a modern Technology Company with a strong presence in the Nordics and the Baltics. Our ambition is to provide modern, user friendly and secure services to our customers. Our customers include enterprises and consumers in different segments in the whole region.

With the introduction of our new Technology Security Services Unit we will ensure that the whole organization gets access to state of the art security advisory, tools and processes. The successful applicant will play an important part in developing cutting edge security services for Telia Company.

The main reason why I work for Telia Company is to be a part of the change journey we are on right now. It provides many interesting challenges and possibilities and I get the opportunity to work with great people and leading edge technology. When I am not working with Security I enjoy playing music. I sing and play bass in a rock band.

The Technology Security Services Unit today consists of 10 people. It is divided into Governance & Compliance and Security Architecture. The role Information Security Specialist will be part of our Governance & Compliance Team.

It is important that you are a good communicator and that you are comfortable working independently. You take responsibility for your area and drive initiatives to completion when required. In addition to that you should be able to build long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders, be positive and set a good example when interacting with others. We are all representatives for our unit and our company and the impression we make is an important component.

You

As a Information Security Specialist you will be working in an expert team that interprets and implements Group Security requirements in Global Services & Operations and Group Functions.

For this role we are looking for a person:

- Whose main responsibility will be to support Global Services & Operations and Group Functions with Security expertise.

- Will cover the whole Security area with specific focus on Cyber Security, Compliance, Risk and Disaster Recovery.

- Have a good understanding of Security Management and Strategy as well as a broad understanding of Security in technical platforms. You should also be able to communicate and work with Management as well as technical experts.

- Have a certification like CISSP, CISM, or CISA

- Have experience from ISO27001

- Have at least three years experience in the Security field

- Have a University Degree

It is also beneficial if you have experience working with:

- GDPR

- ISAE 3402

As a subject matter expert you will support the organization in achieving a high level of security maturity in processes, systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with security experts and other stakeholders across the organization.
