Product Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager. 

Symsoft, a part of CLX Communications, is a trusted Messaging, Charging and Real-Time BSS  expert, enabling operators globally to stay ahead of their competitors in an increasingly competitive telecom market. Our innovative products are used in more than 40 countries, serving over 170 million subscribers, including leading operators such as America Móvil, Millicom, Polkomtel, Virgin , Telefónica, Tele2, TeliaSonera and 3.

As a Product Manager at Symsoft you will be responsible for the end to end evolution and profitability of various products and services serving traditional mobile/converged operators, MVNOs and Digital Service Providers.You will have a central and broad role in the organization and are expected on a daily basis to interact with Symsoft R&D in regards to technical details, Symsoft Sales in regards to product support for training and specific customer opportunities and Symsoft Marketing for public event, press releases, etc. You will also work with external organizations and partners in a mutually beneficial exchange of information.

Requirements

You have a relevant university degree and several years of experience from technical roles within the telecom and/or IT industry.

Experience from working with MVNOs or wholesale/IoT are desirable.

A technical understanding of mobile operator networks and experience in realizing product offerings based on available capabilities in the mobile network infrastructure is highly desired.

The Symsoft company language is English. The command of other languages in a business setting is advantageous.
