About the position
Symsoft is currently seeking for DevOps Developer to join the ECC team. ECC stands for Enterprise Cloud Communications and provides mobile subscription as a service for MVNOs and IoT Service Providers via multi-tenant platform. The platform consists of mobile core network and VAS components and the service is API based. The ECC team is a part of Customer Service organization and is working closely with other parts of Customer Services as well as with R&D, third party vendors and the tenants of the platform. The team’s main focus is on development, continuous deployment, integration and delivery throughout the system engineering lifecycle.

Your background
We believe you are energetic and highly-motivated Java developer with admin skills and a great team-player. You may be a Sys Admin moving towards development, or a Java Developer who loves Infrastructure. Either way you are a person who has pushed beyond your defined area of competence and has gained holistic view of technical environments, where experience from IaaS, PaaS and container centric infrastructure is great.  

English as language is a requirement.

Your profile includes

• Strong Java skills and a passion for automation
• Experience of building new cost efficient and performant stacks
• Experience of Docker and container orchestration eg Kubernetes
• Ability to build automated CI/CD flows
• Experience with configuration management automation using Ansible or something similar
• Ability to collaborate and reach across functional borders
• Documentation skills and patency in structured testing
• Experience with API managemen
• DevOps toolchain (GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Ansible etc
• ELK (Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana) and/or InfluxDB-Grafana

You will be based in Symsofts main office in Kista Science Tower, or if you prefer work in Symsofts office located in Polen. The position is full time and full speed.
