The Role
As CTO, you will play a central role in shaping the future of Kodiak Hub. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the executive leadership team you will lead the engineering organization while defining the technology vision that drives the company’s next stage of growth.

At the same time, you will guide the evolution of our architecture, data, and AI capabilities, ensuring that today’s technology decisions become tomorrow’s competitive advantage.
As Kodiak Hub’s senior technology leader, you will work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, while representing the company’s technical vision to customers, partners, investors, and the Board. You will have a direct influence on company strategy, product innovation, and the long-term success of the business
Key Responsibilities
As our technology leader, you will build, lead, and scale a world-class engineering organization, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence. You will be responsible for translating business strategy into a clear technology vision and execution plan, ensuring the successful delivery of secure, reliable, and scalable products that meet the needs of enterprise customers.
Working closely with Product and the executive team, you will drive prioritization, delivery, and architectural decisions across areas such as AI, data, platform, and integrations, balancing innovation with operational excellence. As a key member of the leadership team, you will align engineering investments with company objectives, manage budgets and resources effectively, and make strategic trade-offs between speed, quality, and cost. You will also serve as the company’s senior technical representative, engaging with customers, investors, and industry stakeholders to communicate our technical vision, differentiation, and long-term scalability.
About you
- 10+ years of experience leading engineering teams within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- At least 3 years in executive-level positions such as CTO, VP Engineering, or similar roles
- Solid track record of driving platform transformations
- Practical experience deploying AI/ML solutions in live production settings
- Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS & Azure)
- Experience with AI tools for development (Claude Code, Github, Copilot etc).
- Ability to manage the trade-offs between innovation, system reliability, and compliance
- Experience engaging with investors and contributing to technical due diligence processes

- Experience working with B2B enterprise software
- Background in VC-backed SaaS companies during growth stages
- Understanding of LLM technologies, RAG architectures, AI orchestration, and governance frameworks
- Familiarity with complex system integrations
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and scale high-performing engineering teams
