We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer for an fast-growing international SaaS company.
The Role
As CTO, you will be responsible for technology strategy, architecture, and the engineering organization. You will lead ongoing platform development, drive innovation initiatives, and ensure scalability, stability, and performance. The role includes close collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Your Profile
- 10+ years of experience leading engineering teams within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- At least 3 years in executive-level positions such as CTO, VP Engineering, or similar roles
- Experience working with modern cloud-based systems
- Experience with AI tools for development
- Strong understanding of building and scaling technology platforms
- Ability to balance strategic direction with execution
