The Role
As Product Manager, you will have operational responsibility for product discovery, structure and delivery rhythm. You will work closely with the CTPO, chief architect, product designer, development team and second-line support to ensure we are solving the right problems – in the right order – with predictability.
This is a Business PM role. Success is driven by deep understanding of customer needs, ERP workflows and commercial impact.
Your key responsibilities:
· Establish the product rhythm:
Own and drive a structured and predictable product workflow (Shape Up). Lead operational discovery activities such as problem framing, insight gathering and scope definition in close collaboration with the CTPO and chief architect.
· Own the problem space:
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs in the SMB/ERP domain. You own discovery and define what problems we should solve.
· Support product governance:
Prepare decision-making material and insights for the product board and ensure alignment between strategy and delivery.
· Bridge market and delivery:
Act as the key link between customers, commercial teams and development – protecting team focus while maximizing customer and business value.
· KPI & insight ownership:
Own product insights, measurement and reporting. You provide data for commercial and strategic decisions but do not have P&L responsibility.
Who you are
You’re a business-oriented Product Manager with experience from SaaS, ideally within ERP or SMB-focused products, and you enjoy working with complex problem spaces. You are data-driven and use insights and KPIs to prioritize effectively and support strong decisions.
You naturally bridge customer needs and product delivery, creating clarity, structure and trust in an environment with high autonomy. You collaborate closely with sales and commercial teams while protecting development focus, and you’re motivated by execution and seeing real results delivered in close partnership with a CTPO with clear strategic direction.
