Chief Product Officer – Lead Innovation at Systecon

Systecon is on an exciting global growth journey, transforming the Life Cycle Management Analytics industry. As we continue to expand internationally with our new investor Monterro, we’re looking for a visionary Chief Product Officer to shape and lead our product strategy, team, and roadmap.

Your Mission 

As CPO, you’ll own the product vision and lead the product function across the company. You’ll align the roadmap with business goals, steer innovation with R&D, and bring customer insights directly into the product strategy. You’ll be part of the management team and a key voice in strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and drive Systecon’s product strategy and vision

Own the product roadmap and market positioning

Collaborate with R&D to ensure innovative and customer-driven solutions

Lead product planning, pricing, and packaging

Engage with customers, strategic partners, and analysts like Gartner and G2

Drive continuous improvement in UX and product-market fit

Develop the product organization to meet future scale and ambition

Represent the product perspective in M&A processes

What We’re Looking For: 

·     A strategic product leader with a strong commercial mindset

·     Solid experience from the global defense industry is a major advantage

·     Background in high-tech, global B2B software companies or similar

·     Excellent understanding of product management in a technical setting

·     Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

·     Fluent in English and Swedish (French/German is a plus)

·     Proven leadership track record – structured, inspiring, pragmatic, and ethical
