We are looking for a SR. CONSULTANT TO OUR EXPERT SERVICES

ABOUT THE POSITION AS SR. CONSULTANT WITHIN EXPERT SERVICES

We are continuing our on-going expansion across Europe and the Nordics and are therefore looking for several Sr. Consultants to join our Expert Services team. 

In the role as Sr. Consultant, you will independently be supporting our Swedish and International clients in creating conditions to improve their pay equity and transparency. A lot of the work will be tied to our proprietary software, and many times focus will be on improving our customers organizational structure through job evaluation, analysis of data from a pay equity perspective and transparency. Since PIHR always strives to be data-driven when giving advice, we are looking for candidates that like numbers and analyses.

ABOUT YOU

Your background is probably within consulting and/or the HR related field with at least 5 years’ work experience. You are a person that thrives from adding value and you gain energy from working with dedication in several projects at a time. You are comfortable with and have experience from leading larger projects at C-level with clients. You are known for being a strong facilitator in workshops and team meetings and are fluent in English and Swedish.
