We are now looking for an Development Manager!

What does your working day look like?

As the Development Manager you are supporting, coaching, and challenging the Development organization. We work in cross functional teams following agile principles with a fair amount of autonomy belonging to the team members. That's not to say that we don't have a lot of potential for improvement, but we are proud of our ways of working.

 You will be working closely with the Product Manager and QA Manager in matters of organization, process and people, and you will be working closely with our System Architect and IT Operations Manager to support our Technical Vision.

You will also be responsible for further building the development team, overseeing our hiring needs and work with recruitment.

Who we think you are to succeed in this role:

To succeed in this role, we think you have a solid experience of people management. You have a background within system development, preferably .NET/C# and Azure. Experience from the retail industry or supply chain is a big plus but not necessary.

Key requirements / need to have:

·     5+ years of experience in a similar role

·     Background within system development (.NET/C# and Azure)

·     A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or other relevant field

·     Fluent in Swedish and English (written and verbal)
