We are looking for a Sales Coordinator

The Sales coordinator will be responsible for all handling of our renewals in the EMEA region. We at Specops are delivering new business from both existing and new customers through a team of Sales Managers and Sales Engineers. The Sales Coordinators primary role is to be responsible for the entire renewal process from initial communication to completed business for over 600 customers in Europe.

Extent of responsibility

  •    Create quotes, approve quotes and communicate conditions with our customers.
  •  Monitor the part that is automated and validated that outgoing quotes/communication is correct.
  • Check that the initial deal is closed with the right conditions and with the right customer date.
  • Maintain customer data, eg. with the right contact person
  •  Report results

To further automate the process is also part of the role. You will have a well-defined responsibility which calls for great personal responsibility that requires some previously experience of sales or working in a sales department. You need to be self-motivated and enjoy working administratively as well as comfortable working with CRM-systems(preferable Salesforce), talking to IT-departments and keep in touch with customers all over EMEA. In this role you will report to our SVP global sales in Stockholm.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ admin, support experience in software or sales environment.
  • Results-oriented drive and a solid work ethic.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, Swedish and English
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
