ABOUT THIS ROLE
Your responsibilities
As our first dedicated Enterprise Lead in Sweden and the Nordics, you will be crucial in accelerating our growth and establishing our brand in this key market. With incoming solid interest and significant potential for outbound sales, we expect rapid expansion of our team across the Nordics, offering you the exciting challenge of building and leading a dynamic team.
More than just sales, this role offers you the chance to shape Pickit’s future in Sweden and the Nordics. You will be instrumental in establishing a corporate function that is not only respected but also influential as we continue to expand, giving you the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth and development.

- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, educate them about Pickit, and create excitement for our platform.
- Qualify leads by interacting with decision-makers such as Marketing Directors, Creative Directors, and IT Managers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closed deal.
- Collaborate with our management team to develop sales strategies and processes.
- Provide feedback to our product team to help shape our roadmap based on customer insights.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through active prospecting and handling incoming leads.
- Become an expert in a market growing faster than most industries.
ABOUT YOU
Your background
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, within B2B SaaS.
- Preferably, a network within marketing departments at major Nordic companies.
- A strong understanding of DAM (Digital Asset Management) or MarTech related areas is a plus.
- A customer-focused approach in all aspects of work.
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage workload in a hybrid environment.
- Excellent analytical skills to develop sales strategies, solve problems, and create value for our customers.
- A passion for technology and a strong interest in AI.
- The ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment.
LOCATION
Where you'll be working
This hybrid role gives you the opportunity to work both remotely and from our offices in Stockholm or Visby. As our first Enterprise Lead in Sweden and the Nordics, you will play an important role in establishing our physical presence as we grow.

Compensation
We offer a competitive package with a base salary complemented by a commission-based component. This commission structure allows you to significantly exceed your current income potential, reflecting your success and impact in driving sales.
